Across TCGA patient cohorts, FAM90A27P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,457 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FAM90A27P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of DNA-templated transcription initiation, Positive regulation of DNA metabolic process, and Double-strand break repair via nonhomologous end joining. Each is linked with FAM90A27P in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAM90A27P-to-partner and partner-to-FAM90A27P results are reported.
