The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher FAM90A27P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FAM90A27P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA, ESCA, and CESC are the cancer types where FAM90A27P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
