FAM50A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FAM50A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,490 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FAM50A-associated genes across cancer lineages are DUTP4, RDM1, and IGLV2-8. Each is linked with FAM50A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAM50A-to-partner and partner-to-FAM50A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DUTP4 grouped by FAM50A-low versus FAM50A-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FAM50A→partner) and Y-score (partner→FAM50A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
