Q-omics provides the consensus-scored FAM217B profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. FAM217B expression is associated with patient survival in 28 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in UVM. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, FAM217B is differentially expressed in 12, with the highest sampling consensus in HNSC. Additionally, FAM217B RNA expression shows 20,331 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in UVM. Together, these results highlight UVM, and HNSC as cancer lineages where FAM217B shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
