Q-omics provides the consensus-scored FAM209B profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. FAM209B expression is associated with patient survival in 28 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in BLCA. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, FAM209B is differentially expressed in 6, with the highest sampling consensus in BLCA. Additionally, FAM209B RNA expression shows 13,612 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in THYM. Together, these results highlight BLCA, and THYM as cancer lineages where FAM209B shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
