FABP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FABP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 112 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FABP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1101P, FDX1P2, and SEPTIN14P8. Each is linked with FABP3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FABP3-to-partner and partner-to-FABP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1101P grouped by FABP3-low versus FABP3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FABP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→FABP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
