EYA3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EYA3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,336 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EYA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TIPINP1, RNA5SP412, and RNU4-21P. Each is linked with EYA3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EYA3-to-partner and partner-to-EYA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TIPINP1 grouped by EYA3-low versus EYA3-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EYA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→EYA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
