EXOSC5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EXOSC5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 97 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EXOSC5-associated genes across cancer lineages are PNLIPP1, RN7SL237P, and MIR596. Each is linked with EXOSC5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EXOSC5-to-partner and partner-to-EXOSC5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PNLIPP1 grouped by EXOSC5-low versus EXOSC5-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EXOSC5→partner) and Y-score (partner→EXOSC5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
