ETF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ETF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,011 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ETF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-624P, INSL4, and LINC02485. Each is linked with ETF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ETF1-to-partner and partner-to-ETF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-624P grouped by ETF1-low versus ETF1-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ETF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ETF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
