ESPL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ESPL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,067 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ESPL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are BRIP1, KIF23, and CENPO. Each is linked with ESPL1 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ESPL1-to-partner and partner-to-ESPL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ESPL1 versus BRIP1 in THYM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.94.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ESPL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ESPL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
