ERICH3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ERICH3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,358 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ERICH3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDCA4, CADM3, and PUSL1. Each is linked with ERICH3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERICH3-to-partner and partner-to-ERICH3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDCA4 grouped by ERICH3-low versus ERICH3-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ERICH3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ERICH3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
