Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ERICH3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 26 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ERICH3 data layer compared with 9 for mutation status and 2 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher ERICH3 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ERICH3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BRCA and MESO show a favorable association.

BRCA, MESO, and UCEC are the cancer types where ERICH3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
