ERI3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ERI3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 352 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ERI3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP264, LINC00363, and PSMA6P3. Each is linked with ERI3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERI3-to-partner and partner-to-ERI3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP264 grouped by ERI3-low versus ERI3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ERI3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ERI3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
