Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RN7SKP264 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RN7SKP264 expression is associated with patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in UCEC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RN7SKP264 is differentially expressed in 3, with the highest sampling consensus in BRCA. Additionally, RN7SKP264 RNA expression shows 6,222 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight UCEC, BRCA, and STAD as cancer lineages where RN7SKP264 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
