Across TCGA patient cohorts, ENPP7P12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,874 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ENPP7P12-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein acetylation, SCF-dependent proteasomal ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process, and Protein acylation. Each is linked with ENPP7P12 in more than 23 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ENPP7P12-to-partner and partner-to-ENPP7P12 results are reported.
