Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ENPP7P12 RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ENPP7P12 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in acute myeloid leukemia (LAML), where higher ENPP7P12 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ENPP7P12 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LAML and ACC show a favorable association.

LAML, DLBC, and UVM are the cancer types where ENPP7P12 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
