Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ELP5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 233 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ELP5-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01941, ATF4P1, and RNU6-692P. Each is linked with ELP5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELP5-to-partner and partner-to-ELP5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC01941 grouped by ELP5-low versus ELP5-high in BRCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ELP5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ELP5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
