ELF5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ELF5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,246 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ELF5-associated genes across cancer lineages are SRIP1, SAA3P, and ZHX3. Each is linked with ELF5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELF5-to-partner and partner-to-ELF5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SRIP1 grouped by ELF5-low versus ELF5-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ELF5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ELF5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
