Across TCGA patient cohorts, ELF2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,437 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ELF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DACH1, ANKAR, and EIF3J-DT. Each is linked with ELF2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELF2-to-partner and partner-to-ELF2 results are reported.
