Across TCGA patient cohorts, EIF5AP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,535 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EIF5AP3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are POLR2E, VDAC2_S115, and SRRT_S136. Each is linked with EIF5AP3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EIF5AP3-to-partner and partner-to-EIF5AP3 results are reported.
