Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, EIF5AP3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated EIF5AP3 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher EIF5AP3 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated EIF5AP3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and CESC show a favorable association.
BLCA, UCEC, and MESO are the cancer types where EIF5AP3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
