EIF2AK1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EIF2AK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,151 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EIF2AK1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PUS7, AVL9, and BAG6. Each is linked with EIF2AK1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EIF2AK1-to-partner and partner-to-EIF2AK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EIF2AK1 versus PUS7 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EIF2AK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EIF2AK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
