EFCAB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EFCAB1 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,626 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EFCAB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TXNDC11, SERPINA5, and DEPDC5. Each is linked with EFCAB1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EFCAB1-to-partner and partner-to-EFCAB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TXNDC11 grouped by EFCAB1-low versus EFCAB1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EFCAB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EFCAB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
