EDDM3DP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EDDM3DP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 6,672 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EDDM3DP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FYCO1, RNASE1, and MAPK8. Each is linked with EDDM3DP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EDDM3DP-to-partner and partner-to-EDDM3DP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EDDM3DP versus FYCO1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.22.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EDDM3DP→partner) and Y-score (partner→EDDM3DP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
