EDC4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EDC4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 204 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EDC4-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRRC3C, FAM149A, and ARL6. Each is linked with EDC4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EDC4-to-partner and partner-to-EDC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LRRC3C grouped by EDC4-low versus EDC4-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EDC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→EDC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
