EDAR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EDAR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EDAR-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR14K1, SLCO1C1, and SLC17A4. Each is linked with EDAR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EDAR-to-partner and partner-to-EDAR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR14K1 grouped by EDAR-low versus EDAR-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EDAR→partner) and Y-score (partner→EDAR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
