ECPAS

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ECPAS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,996 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ECPAS-associated genes across cancer lineages are COMMD4P2, NEIL2, and TTTY12. Each is linked with ECPAS in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ECPAS-to-partner and partner-to-ECPAS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, COMMD4P2 grouped by ECPAS-low versus ECPAS-high in ACC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ECPAS→partner) and Y-score (partner→ECPAS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
