ECPAS

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ECPAS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 433 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ECPAS-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPR179, GPR148, and PAIP2B. Each is linked with ECPAS in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ECPAS-to-partner and partner-to-ECPAS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GPR179 grouped by ECPAS-low versus ECPAS-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ECPAS→partner) and Y-score (partner→ECPAS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
