DUSP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DUSP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,899 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DUSP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRPGP16, YTHDF3-AS1, and LINC02550. Each is linked with DUSP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DUSP3-to-partner and partner-to-DUSP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNRPGP16 grouped by DUSP3-low versus DUSP3-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DUSP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→DUSP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
