Q-omics provides the consensus-scored LINC02550 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. LINC02550 expression is associated with patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRP. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, LINC02550 is differentially expressed in 14, with the highest sampling consensus in KICH. Additionally, LINC02550 RNA expression shows 10,595 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in TGCT. Together, these results highlight KIRP, KICH, and TGCT as cancer lineages where LINC02550 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
