DUS4L

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DUS4L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 141 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DUS4L-associated genes across cancer lineages are HMGB4, TRAJ29, and RNU6-157P. Each is linked with DUS4L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DUS4L-to-partner and partner-to-DUS4L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HMGB4 grouped by DUS4L-low versus DUS4L-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DUS4L→partner) and Y-score (partner→DUS4L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
