DR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,734 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP109, NFILZ, and RNU6-1213P. Each is linked with DR1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DR1-to-partner and partner-to-DR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP109 grouped by DR1-low versus DR1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
