olfactory receptor family 10 subfamily AA member 1 pseudogeneGenealiases: []

Q-omics provides the consensus-scored OR10AA1P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. OR10AA1P expression is associated with patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in OV. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, OR10AA1P is differentially expressed in 3, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRC. Additionally, OR10AA1P RNA expression shows 6,486 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight OV, KIRC, and STAD as cancer lineages where OR10AA1P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.

Every result is evaluated using two consensus scores. Sampling consensus measures how consistently a finding is reproduced within a cancer lineage across different conditions. Lineage consensus measures how broadly the result is shared across cancer types, distinguishing pan-cancer signals from lineage-specific patterns.

Survival associations

This table summarizes OR10AA1P survival associations across molecular data types. OR10AA1P RNA expression shows survival associations in the most cancer types (11). The rightmost column indicates the cancer type with the highest sampling consensus for each molecular layer.

This table ranks reproducible OR10AA1P RNA expression–survival associations across cancer types. High OR10AA1P expression shows unfavorable associations in OV, KICH, CHOL, UVM, PAAD and KIRC. The OV Kaplan–Meier curve shows clear separation, with the high-expression group declining faster, consistent with the unfavorable association (log-rank p = .001). Together, the overview and detailed table identify OV as the clearest survival context for OR10AA1P RNA expression.

This table ranks reproducible tumor–normal expression differences for OR10AA1P. A negative fold-change indicates higher expression in normal tissue than in tumor tissue. OR10AA1P shows lower tumor expression in THCA and LUAD and higher tumor expression in KIRC. The KIRC box plot shows higher OR10AA1P RNA expression in tumor versus normal tissue (log2 FC = +0.016, t-test p = .037).

Cross-omics associations

This table shows molecular features associated with OR10AA1P in patient tissues and cancer cell lines. In patient samples, OR10AA1P shows the broadest associations at the RNA and protein expression levels, with STAD recurring as the lineage with the largest associated feature set.
