Q-omics provides the consensus-scored OR4D8P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. OR4D8P expression is associated with patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in BLCA. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, OR4D8P is differentially expressed in 1, with the highest sampling consensus in THCA. Additionally, OR4D8P RNA expression shows 9,219 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in LUSC. Together, these results highlight BLCA, THCA, and LUSC as cancer lineages where OR4D8P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.

Lineage consensus measures how broadly the result is shared across cancer types, distinguishing pan-cancer signals from lineage-specific patterns.
