Q-omics provides the consensus-scored MTND6P8 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. MTND6P8 expression is associated with patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in PAAD. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, MTND6P8 is differentially expressed in 1, with the highest sampling consensus in ESCA. Additionally, MTND6P8 RNA expression shows 4,512 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in THCA. Together, these results highlight PAAD, ESCA, and THCA as cancer lineages where MTND6P8 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
