DPP7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DPP7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,476 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DPP7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PTPA, RABL6, and TBC1D13. Each is linked with DPP7 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DPP7-to-partner and partner-to-DPP7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DPP7 versus PTPA in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DPP7→partner) and Y-score (partner→DPP7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
