DNASE1L2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNASE1L2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 81 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNASE1L2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR6R2P, RNU6-200P, and RNU6-61P. Each is linked with DNASE1L2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNASE1L2-to-partner and partner-to-DNASE1L2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR6R2P grouped by DNASE1L2-low versus DNASE1L2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNASE1L2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNASE1L2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
