Q-omics provides the consensus-scored OR6R2P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. OR6R2P expression is associated with patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in KICH. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, OR6R2P is differentially expressed in 6, with the highest sampling consensus in THCA. Additionally, OR6R2P RNA expression shows 6,741 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight KICH, THCA, and STAD as cancer lineages where OR6R2P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.

Lineage consensus measures how broadly the result is shared across cancer types, distinguishing pan-cancer signals from lineage-specific patterns.
