DNAJC27

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNAJC27 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 247 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNAJC27-associated genes across cancer lineages are KDM5D, OR6K2, and TRGV11. Each is linked with DNAJC27 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAJC27-to-partner and partner-to-DNAJC27 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KDM5D grouped by DNAJC27-low versus DNAJC27-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNAJC27→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNAJC27) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
