Across TCGA cell cohorts, DMTF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DMTF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPR101, KLHL40, and OR2AK2. Each is linked with DMTF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DMTF1-to-partner and partner-to-DMTF1 results are reported.
