Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, DLGAP4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 884 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DLGAP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CT45A7, GPR148, and ARGFX. Each is linked with DLGAP4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DLGAP4-to-partner and partner-to-DLGAP4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CT45A7 grouped by DLGAP4-low versus DLGAP4-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DLGAP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→DLGAP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
