Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, DLG5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,316 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DLG5-associated genes across cancer lineages are IMPDH1P5, RNU6-1266P, and DLG5-AS1. Each is linked with DLG5 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DLG5-to-partner and partner-to-DLG5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DLG5 versus IMPDH1P5 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DLG5→partner) and Y-score (partner→DLG5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
