DLD

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DLD protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,696 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DLD-associated genes across cancer lineages are VGLL3, PMPCB, and FCGR2A. Each is linked with DLD in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DLD-to-partner and partner-to-DLD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DLD versus VGLL3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.52.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DLD→partner) and Y-score (partner→DLD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
