DKKL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DKKL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 162 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DKKL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP17, RN7SKP113, and RNU6-440P. Each is linked with DKKL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DKKL1-to-partner and partner-to-DKKL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP17 grouped by DKKL1-low versus DKKL1-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DKKL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DKKL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
