Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DKKL1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated DKKL1 data layer compared with 4 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher DKKL1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DKKL1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UVM and LUAD show a favorable association.
KIRC, UVM, and LGG are the cancer types where DKKL1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
