Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RN7SKP17 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RN7SKP17 expression is associated with patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in UVM. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RN7SKP17 is differentially expressed in 2, with the highest sampling consensus in THCA. Additionally, RN7SKP17 RNA expression shows 10,919 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in SARC. Together, these results highlight UVM, THCA, and SARC as cancer lineages where RN7SKP17 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
