Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, DIS3L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,645 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DIS3L-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1101P, RNU6-391P, and CCL4. Each is linked with DIS3L in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DIS3L-to-partner and partner-to-DIS3L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1101P grouped by DIS3L-low versus DIS3L-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DIS3L→partner) and Y-score (partner→DIS3L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
