DIS3L

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DIS3L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DIS3L-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRRC72, KRTAP5-4, and FGF3. Each is linked with DIS3L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DIS3L-to-partner and partner-to-DIS3L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LRRC72 grouped by DIS3L-low versus DIS3L-high in STOMACH.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DIS3L→partner) and Y-score (partner→DIS3L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
