DIO3OS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DIO3OS RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,355 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DIO3OS-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEPTIN4, CNRIP1, and MCM3. Each is linked with DIO3OS in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DIO3OS-to-partner and partner-to-DIO3OS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DIO3OS versus SEPTIN4 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DIO3OS→partner) and Y-score (partner→DIO3OS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
