Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, DENND4A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,296 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DENND4A-associated genes across cancer lineages are THEMIS, MEX3D, and KHDRBS1. Each is linked with DENND4A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DENND4A-to-partner and partner-to-DENND4A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DENND4A versus THEMIS in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DENND4A→partner) and Y-score (partner→DENND4A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
